The Mary Todd Lincoln House is the girlhood home of the wife of Abraham Lincoln. She brought her husband and children to visit the Todd family here in 1847.  The 14-room house contains period furniture, family portraits, and furnishings from the Todds as well as the Lincolns. It is believed to be the first historic site restored to honor a first lady.
